Police & DA Evidence Tampering & Election Fraud Cover Up To Protect AG Brown's Union Campaign Finances

Any Democratic Attorney General Candidate that expects to win, had better have the financial, and political backing, of law enforcement, Firefighters, and their public unions. AG candidates also understand that the mass investigation, arrest, and prosecution of large numbers of police officers, firemen, district attorneys, and their union financial and political supporters for election fraud conspiracy and evidence tampering, is political suicide. Especially in an election year, when AG Brown is running for Governor of California, and the vast majority of his $46 million dollar campaign finances is from unions, and one of the largest blocks of that money pot is from Firefighters, Police Officers, Sheriffs, and their public unions.

The same unions that were financially supporting the Oceanside Police and Firefighters Election Fraud Conspiracy in 2009, as preciously reported by GTI News Photo, were also the major financial supporters of Jerry Brown's run for the Governor's Office during the same time period. Those unions were United Here, the AFLCIO San Diego Imperial Valley Labor Council, and the Orange County Firefighter.

GTI's election fraud investigation also disclosed that multiple Oceanside police officers and San Diego District Attorneys had also been tampering with evidence in hundreds, and possibly thousands, of criminal prosecutions for at least eight years in San Diego County. The majority of the known cases occurring between 2001 and 2010. Some of the public corruption only received limited coverage in news articles from the media, like The North County Times, The Union Tribune, local television news, and other new agencies simply because it involved public unions, comprised of badge wearing first responders.

Between 2008 and 2011 all local written and public complaints from citizens, about the continuing public criminal corruption were blocked, and buried, by local police and the DA's office to protect other on going public corruption. There were no investigations, or prosecutions, of any of the police officers or district attorneys, by any law enforcement agency. Multiple Deputy District Attorneys were quietly terminated, and state employee privacy laws used to suppress criminal investigations as previously reported by GTI News Photo.
Any Attorney General Criminal Investigation, of any part of the public corruption would have lead to the other public corruption, and directly to the money trails from the unions. Attorney General Brown clearly understood that large scale criminal investigations of the Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud, and its union financial supporters would have dramatic adverse impacts on his own campaign financial support, from the same unions, not to mention the long term adverse public image issues.

Starting in 2008, Dozens of letters, phone calls, and e-mail follow ups, with attached documentation, were provided to AG Brown through the Attorney Generals Public Inquiry Unit in Sacramento.

Hundreds of pages of public record documentation, complaints, and audio complaint recordings were also provide to Senior Assistant Attorney General Gary Schons of the San Diego AG's office. Each time there were promises to investigate, and assurances, that GTI News Photo would be contacted in the near future. There were no returned phone calls, or e-mails, from the Sacramento or San Diego offices during a two year period. The only response was a two sentence letter from San Diego SAAG Schons telling this reporter the AG's Office saw no reason to investigate anything.

Assistant Attorney General Schons, and AG Jerry Brown simply obstructed justice and buried all the complaints, and the massive public corruption in San Diego County. SAAG Schons has rejected all request for interviews on the public corruption cover up.
The evidence tampering DA's, Deputy District Attorney Daniel Rodriguez and Deputy District Attorney Laura Gunn were both quietly terminated by the DA's office, when the conspiracy was discovered, and criminal complaints of evidence tampering were filed with Oceanside Police and the DA's office. Due to the heavy DA and Police complaint obstructions, the process was recorded on audio tapes to provide documentation and protect this reporter from retaliation.
AUDIO TAPE DDA GUNN & OFFICER SMITH EVIDENCE TAMPERING, DA'S CRIMINAL INSURANCE FRAUD SCHEME
The terminations of DDAs Gunn and Rodriquez were quickly declared to be personnel problems, so that state privacy laws could be use to shut down criminal complaints, investigations, and information disclosures. Both DA's were directly connected to the Oceanside Police Officer evidence tampering cases of Officer Damon Smith, and Officer Jon Domonique). DDA Rodriguez was also connected to similar audio tape evidence tampering in the Shippee Case handled by the County Sheriffs Department. The Attorney Generals Office made it clear they did not want to hear about any of the public corruption that involved public unions.
The evidence tampering was covered up by the Oceanside Police to protect the on going conspiracy to tamper with an election for the purpose of expanding police and fire pay and benefits. The DA's officer cover up was protecting more than just eight years of corrupted criminal prosecutions. DDA Gunn was directly connected to DA Dumanis and a $20,000,000.00 law suit for evidence tampering in the Cynthia Sommer murder case. That case was quietly making it's way through the court system from 2008, and continuing into 2010. DA Dumanis assigned her co-defendant, DDA Gunn to head up and suppress the Officer Damon Smith evidence tampering investigation in 2009 to keep the "smoking gun evidence", of police and DA evidence tampering out of the hands of Sommer's attorneys.
DA DUMANIS $20 MILLION DOLLAR EVIDENCE TAMPERING CONSPIRACY IN SOMMER MURDER PROSECUTION
SAAG Schons was contacted and given the details of the DA Dumanis evidence tampering in the Sommer Murder case. A litigation that was on going in 2009 when SAAG Schons received and suppressed the documentation on the DA and police public corruption. SAAG Schons denied any knowledge of the Sommer Murder case evidence tampering, and again refused to be interview, and would not discuss the criminal complaints filed in 2009 and 2010.
It's all public corruption, and felony criminal conduct, however, where do citizens go when all written complaints filed with the District Attorney, local Police, and the Attorney General's office are buried, and ignored, because they involves large number of Dirty Cops, Dirty DA's, and Dirty elected officials, financed by election fraud, and public union money. Large amounts of AG Jerry Browns forty six million dollars in campaign finances, for his run for Governor, are being provided by law enforcement, firefighters and the public and private unions, and they get full protection from investigations and prosecutions by Attorney General Brown's Office.
Civil Rights violations have become common. Oceanside Mayor Jim Wood conspired with Oceanside Police to assault and remove citizens from council meeting, if they complained about the evidence tampering and election fraud corruption of the Mayor, the council, or the police and fire departments. Other council members sat quietly and ignored the criminal violations. Innocent citizens like Mike Shields in the Officer Domonique evidence tampering were prosecuted for felony crimes while the police and DA's hide the evidence that would clear them. SAAG Schons of the San Diego AGs Office, and AG Brown of the Sacramento Attorney Generals Office was not interested in civil rights violations that were connected to the election fraud and evidence tampering.
All request for interviews with Attorney General Brown have been ignored, or declined. Attorney General Brown has been very quick to respond to the public corruption in Bell, Ca., which is not connected to public unions or large number of their members. At the same time AG Brown ignores extensive public corruption involving large numbers of Cops, Firefighters, and DA's in San Diego and Oceanside, Ca. Extensive public criminal corruption in Oceanside, that makes Bell, Ca. look like a convent.
These are the same tactics used to cover up the California State Financing of citizen criminal insurance fraud that provides money to District Attorney Offices to off set the cost of union employees

Agent Aguirre of the San Diego Federal Bureau of Investigation long ago stated that copies of all complaints, documents and evidence had been referred to the FBI Public Corruption Investigation Unit in North County San Diego, CA. However, there is no Public Corruption Investigation Unit in the San Diego North County FBI office, and they do not want to talk about police, firefighter, and DA public corruption. A new discovery of conspiracy to obstruct justice in 2012, by San Diego Police and District Attorneys, has forced a change in the FBI cover up.
