The Public Corruption is a "Blue Wall Of The Badge" protected system of extensive public criminal conduct, and criminal cover up, by FIRST RESPONDERS, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, and the ELECTED OFFICIALS their unions financially control. The corruption is to protect the FIRST RESPONDERS and their UNIONS access to, and control of citizens tax dollars. The local system of public union criminal corruption, and conspiracy covered by this investigation primarily involves the Oceanside, Ca. Police Department, the Fire Department, the City Council, and the San Diego County District Attorneys Office. The Union public corruption has been growing for decades, and it not limited to San Diego County, CA.
Parts of the public corruption cover up, and union financial control extends directly into the offices of the California Attorney General, the California Department of Insurance, other law enforcement agencies, the Governor's Office and even the Federal Bureau Of Investigation.
The huge union political campaign financing, and its associated election campaign advertising cash flow even adversely impacts citizens free press protections, news investigations, and reporting. Public corruption stories involving large numbers of first responders, district attorneys, and their unions are avoided to protect that advertising cash flow, and their reporters news story access to police and DA's investigations. Some news organizations directly participated in election fraud and it's cover up for cash payments exceeding $100,000.00.
As the undercover investigation proceeded, this reporter, as a citizen of Oceanside, California, set up an extensive public oral and written system of filing complaints, and documentation, to provide verifiable notification of public officials, police, district attorneys, and news media organizations. The complaint process was to provide a public record of written, audio, and visual evidence, of what was done, or not done, about public criminal corruption, and citizens complaints of public criminal corruption.

THE EVIDENCE TAMPERING
Local Police, District Attorney's, and Elected officials have been involved in massive evidence tampering, and it's cover up, in hundreds of criminal prosecutions, if not thousands. The evidence tampering conspiracy has been ongoing for at least ten years in San Diego County (2001 To Present) . The cover up and complaint investigation suppression is so effective, the total number of cases, and police departments involved, cannot be determined, and there is no way of telling how many innocent people are in prison. The courts routinely ignore the criminal conduct, with a false gesture of verbal outrage, and there is rarely criminal action against Police and DA perpetrators. Written complaints with documentation to Supervising Judges of the Superior Court System are simply ignored.
STATE FINANCE CRIMINAL INSURANCE FRAUD
The DA's obstruction of justice is in part to cover up an on going scheme of state financed criminal insurance fraud of citizens, that financially benefits the DA's offices, and county union employees. However, it is mostly to protect DA Dumanis & other DA's from criminal charges, and a $20 million dollar lawsuit for more evidence tampering in a murder case. Police & DA's, with the support of corrupt and greedy elected officials, intimidate, coerce, and assault citizens to silence protest. False arrest & false prosecutions of citizens is becoming common to protect the ongoing DA and first responder criminal conspiracy, and it's cover up.
UNION ELECTION FRAUD FOR PROFIT
Police Officers, Firefighters, and their public employee unions, with District Attorney and California Attorney General protection, are criminally conspiring to tamper with, and falsify elections. The election fraud is to expand union pay and benefits through the illegal manipulation of citizen votes, and the votes of elected officials. As city council voting controls are seized, new ordinance are voted in that make it easier for unions to maintain council voting control. New union contracts transfer the citizens control over union staffing to the unions. No matter how high the citizens debt becomes, even if the unions temporarily loose council voting control, they cannot lay off union employees.
THE COVER UP
The criminal cover up, with mutual protection from criminal investigation, and prosecution, extends from Washington D.C., to Sacramento, CA., to San Diego County, to Oceanside, CA. and back again, because most of the criminals are wearing badges and the corrupt union money connects everything and everyone. The elected officials depend on the unions campaign finances, and the police and fire political endorsements, to stay in office. No politician, with even half a brain, running for office wants organized opposition from Police Officers, Firemen and their well financed public unions.
The overall motives vary, from one law enforcement group to the next, however, they are all connected by the control of, and access to, hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars, by public unions, and their police, fire, and district attorney employees. The "Blue Wall" protection is automatic, and it is formidably.
Copies of all evidence documents, and complains were regularly filed with the Federal Bureau Of Investigation, in San Diego County. Sources in the FBI, stated in writing, that all complaints and documentation had been forwarded to the FBI Public Corruption Investigation Unit in San Diego North County, Ca.
The FBI's written National Policy is "Public Corruption Is A National Security Threat" unless it is operated by badge carrying club members.
However, in more than eighteen months there has been no evidence of any investigation, of any of the public corruption. Contacts with the North County FBI Office have disclosed that there is no Public Corruption Investigation Unit in that office, and no one in that office wants to talk about it. There are so many police officers, district attorneys, and even firefighters involved in the corruption that even the FBI has joined the cover up, because all of the criminals are wearing badges. There is also the fear that investigations of police officers and DA's on this scale could collapse the legal system in San Diego County.
