In November of 2009 the San Diego County District Attorneys Special Operations Director (Internal Affairs) under DDA Damon Mosler was cordinating the obstruction, of the filing, and investigation of criminal complaints involving Deputy District Attorneys under his supervision, and multiple Oceanside Police officers, involved in eight years of evidence tampering, and election fraud. Part of DDA Mosler's obstruction was to lie about the authority of the DA's office to investigate the crimes, and state that the complaints and documentation would have to be taken to SAAG Gary Schons of the San Diego Attorney Generals Office, due to a conflict of interest. Future investigation disclosed that DDA Mosler was covering up a lot more evidenced tampering than this reporter was aware of at that time, which was published in future articles.

ARTICLE - DA DUMANIS $20 MILLION DOLLAR EVIDENCE TAMPERING CONSPIRACY IN SOMMER MURDER PROSECUTION

Attempting to file public corruption complaints with the San Diego AG's Office was like breaking into Fort Knox. The AG offices are located on the 11th floor of a downtown San Diego federal building. The reception area is shielded with bullet proof glass and loud speakers for communication with the receptionist. If you do not have a prearranged appointment, you do not get in. SAAG Gary Schons obstructed the filing of complaints and documentation at every phone contact, and refused to meet with this reporter under any circumstances. Several statements by Schons indicated he had already talked with DDA Mosler, and SAAG Schons made it very clear that he did not want to hear about public corruption involving police and district attorneys. The complaints and documentation eventually had to be hand delivered via UPS, with a signature to confirm receipt. The complaint filing process was also obstructed by the Sacramento Attorney General's Office, and all request for interviews with AG Jerry Brown were ignored with no call backs, as previously reported by GTI News Photo.

In November 2010 Kamala Harris was elected to replace Jerry Brown as California Attorney General. In August of 2011 this reporter began contacting AG Kamala Harris's Press Secretary Nick Pacilio. Mr Pacilio was provided with full documentation and a request to interview AG Kamala Harris about the involvement of SAAG Schons, and former AG Brown, now Governor, in covering up extensive public corruption in San Diego County. Each phone contact with Mr. Pacilio was meet with assurances that he would get back to GTI News Photo with AG Harris's reply on an interview in the near future. In late August, with no response from the AG's office, Mr. Pacilio was again contacted and advised that GTI News Photo's investigation disclosed that the same unions that were providing major financing for the Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud Conspiracy, had also provided the major campaign financing to AG Jerry Brown for his campaign for Governor. Those unions were the AFLCIO, the United Here, and large numbers of police and firefighter unions. The protection of that union financing was on going, at exactly the same time in 2009 and 2010, that AG Jerry Brown and SAAG Gary Schons were protecting the Oceanside Election Fraud Conspiracy, and police and DA evidence tampering, from Attorney General investigations.

On November 7, 2011 GTI News received an e-mail notification from the office of SAAG Gary Schons stating the he had resigned from the Attorney General's Office effective November 15, 2011. SAAG Schons stated the reason for his departure was retirement. Phone calls to Press Secretary Pacilio on Nov. 9 and Nov. 29, 2011 requesting info on the SAAG Schons resignation, and again requesting an interview with AG Kamala Harris regarding Schons obstructing criminal investigation have not been returned. All evidence indicates that AG Kamala Harris does not want to talk about the public corruption of SAAG Schons, or former AG Jerry Brown with respect to the San Diego County Election Fraud, and Evidence Tampering cover up.

A review of Kamala Harris's campaign finance records for 2010 disclosed that her campaign had also been financed in a major way by union money, including the same unions that financed the Oceanside Police and Firefighter Election Fraud Conspiracy, and former AG Jerry Brown's run for the Governor's office.

SAAG Gary Schons quietly retired from the Attorney General's Office, under complaints of obstructing justice in public corruption investigations, just like the forced terminations of DDA Laura Gunn and DDA Daniel Rodriguez from the San Diego District Attorney's Office. Both DDA's were quietly terminated by DA Dumanis to shut down criminal investigations of evidence tampering by large numbers of police and district attorneys. It would appear that the Attorney Generals Office and the San Diego District Attorney's Office have a lot more in common than just the law. They appear to be operating from the same public corruption cover up play book. Quietly terminate criminal embarrassments and use the state personnel privacy laws to shut down communications and criminal investigations

AAG Schons resignation from the AG Office should not be mourned, as AAG Schons has a public corruption "Golden Parachute". Three days after hastily retiring from the AG's office, Mr. Schons became Deputy District Attorney Gary Schons, and a senior advisor of Law and Policy in the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. Yep, the San Diego DA's office, headed by DA Dumanis, and the same DA's office that former SAAG Schons protected from criminal investigations, and prosecutions on felony crimes, too numerous to list.
