FPPC VERIFIES ELECTION RECORD FALSIFICATION IN POLICE & FIREFIGHTER ELECTION TAMPERING CONSPIRACY

On December 8, 2009 the California State Fair Political Practices Commission verified the falsification of campaign finance records in the Oceanside Kern recall election fraud. Warning letters have been issued to two Political Actions Committees falsifying state financial records, to hid three (3) secret DIRTY money trails, from the Oceanside Police and Fire Departments, and their unions, into the Kern Recall election fraud. The objective of the election tampering was to manipulate the votes of citizens, and the voting structure of elected officials. The election fraud succeeded in June of 2010 with the election of Charles Lowery to the Oceanside City Council. Six months later when citizens recognized the corruption Lowery was voted out in the general election, however the conspiracy and bribery continued to his last day in office.

Assurances from DDA Damon Mosler of the District Attorneys Office in November of 2009, that the DA's Office would take immediate action if the FPPC found any wrong doing, quickly disappeared with the verification that two different OFA Firefighter controlled PAC's conspired with the OFA, to falsify campaign finance records. DDA Mosler's Special Operations division became the central corruption cover up coordinator for all the election fraud and the on going evidence tampering with the Oceanside Police Department.

The only power the FPPC has is to issue Warning Letters, and levy fines if the fraud is not corrected. The enforcement of election fraud violations is the responsibility of the local District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis. Two committees, and at least four supervising committee members, who carried out the Police and Fire Departments vote manipulation conspiracy, were quickly and quietly brought under the protection of the DA's Office and the Oceanside Police Department. Criminal complaints were ignored and suppressed, while opposition supporters like Eric Lido were harshly prosecuted, to send a message to citizens opposing the corruption, to keep quiet or else.

Long time Police and Fire financial and political supporters Sheri Mackin (former council member), Carolyn Kramer (former Mackin campaign manager), Christine Gow, Jim Sullivan, and others conspired with the OFA to falsify the finance records, and manipulate money transfers, to hide the financial control and manipulation of the election process, by the Oceanside Fire and Police Departments. All committee members and union officials were protected from criminal investigations, and prosecutions, to protect the election fraud, and the massive police and DA evidence tampering and its cover up that surfaced in the middle of the election tampering.

All written and oral complaints to Oceanside Police, the Oceanside City Council, San Diego County District Attorneys, The California Attorney Generals Office, and Public Officials, were ignored and suppressed to cover up the involvement of large numbers of Police Officers, Firemen, District Attorneys, and Elected Officials in extensive public criminal corruption.
